Pricing and Payment for Samples - Small samples are 3 1/2" x 5 1/4" - while this size is helpful in gauging the quality of the paper and colors, usually the design's full repeat will not be represented and some of the design components will not be present.  First Class Postage is included in the cost.  Additional samples of this size can be added for $2.00 each.

             Full-width samples give a better representation of the friezes, wainscotings, and fill papers.  For example, a sample of the 27" tall wainscoting will be sent in a 8" wide section, and a 32" wide wall panel will be sent in a 8" section.  Some design components and the design's full repeat will often times not be present.  First Class Postage is included in the cost.  Additional large samples can be added for $8.00 each.

Pricing and Payment for Wallpaper - Contact us for a quote. Pricing is shown on the various wallpaper pages and detailed payment procedures are shown on our Order Form.  Print it out - Fill it in - Fax/Mail it back (or call toll free and we can take your order over the phone during business hours:  10:00am - 5:00pmEST).

 

Pricing and Payment for Prints - Contact us for a quote. Pricing is determined on a square foot basis and other variables, which include the type of media used, indoor vs. outdoor ink, and the quantities of the products ordered.  Contact us for more details on terms and conditions.

 
 

We can also accept payment via Visa & MasterCard for DOMESTIC orders under $500.00.    

 

 Print out our Order Form, fill it out at your leisure then mail or fax back. We will contact you to discuss the printing schedule.  Lead-time is usually 2-4 weeks.  If you're using your credit card, the charges will be put on your card at time of scheduled printing.  Please call toll free 866-294-7166 or email with any questions.

Domestic Payment Terms:  GATE Multimedia accepts Visa, MasterCard, Check, Paypal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Wire Transfer for orders under $500.00.  All credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.  If the billing/shipping address you provide does not match the address on file with your credit card company, your order will be cancelled.  For domestic orders over $500.00, GATE Multimedia accepts Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Wire Transfer.  If you bounce a check, you will be charged a $20.00 Returned Check Fee.  Orders over $5,000.00 requires pre-payment by Wire Transfer.

International Payment Terms:  International Sales are on a pre-paid Wire Transfer basis only.  We DO NOT accept credit cards for international orders.

Exclusive Warranty and Limitation of Remedies and Damages:  Products distributed by GATE Multimedia are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service to the extent of the manufacturer's express warranties to GATE Multimedia or for one full year, whichever is greater.  GATE Multimedia's liability and Buyer's remedies under this warranty shall at our option be limited solely to repair, replacement, or credit.  Buyer shall at GATE Multimedia's option return any alleged defective product to GATE Multimedia at Buyer's expense.  This warranty extends to original Buyer only.  This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  GATE Multimedia shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased from GATE Multimedia.

Shipping Policy:  Whenever possible, items are shipped via USPS - maximum 70lbs per item with a maximum width and firth of 130 inches.  Items or quantities exceeding these maximums are shipped via motor freight.  GATE Multimedia will be happy to provide you with an estimate of the freight charges.  All shipping will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

Damaged Shipments:  Although GATE Multimedia takes special care to insure the safe arrival of all orders, including purchasing insurance on each shipment, shipping accidents and damage can occur.  We suggest that Buyer thoroughly inspects all items before accepting delivery.  If damage has occurred, note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call us immediately.  Although our responsibility for damage ceases when the shipment is accepted by the carrier, we will file a claim for you, and, if necessary, will ship an immediate replacement item.

Returned Goods Procedure:  Buyer must contact GATE Multimedia for confirmation and shipping instructions prior to returning any products.  All returns must be shipped pre-paid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior of issuance of a credit or refund.  Products not returned within 30 days of receipt may be subject to restocking charges.  The return of custom and made-to-order products is subject to the prior approval and returned goods policy of the mfg.
